Staya began as a summer home built by our grandparents above the bay. Sixty years on, it is a small hotel with the same instinct: good light, honest food, and a door that opens straight onto the sea.
There are no lobbies to queue in and no loud bars. Instead, there are thirty-two rooms shaped around the view, a spa carved into the hillside, and a team who will remember how you take your coffee by the second morning.
