Slow hands, local salt
Every ritual at the Salt House begins with the landscape outside: sea salt raked on the island, cold-pressed oil from our own terraces, and wild fennel, myrtle and rosemary picked on the morning walk.
Treatments are unhurried by design. We leave fifteen minutes between guests, so there is always time for tea on the terrace and a moment of quiet before you return to the day.

Heated to 28°C from April to November, our infinity pool faces west over the bay, with parasols, loungers and towels always waiting.
