Fifteen years of cooking with the season
From a twelve-seat supper club to Lisbon's favourite neighbourhood kitchen.
Inês Duarte
Inês trained in Porto and San Sebastián before coming home to Lisbon. She cooks simply, with fire, and lets the ingredients speak.
“I want every guest to feel like they have been invited into my kitchen. Good food is generous, it is never fussy.”
