How do I invite a client to one project only?

Invite them as a guest from the project's Share button. Guests only see that project and can't browse the rest of your workspace.

Can I turn a message into a task?

Yes. In the inbox, use the tick button above any thread.

How is the timeline scheduled?

Bars follow each phase's start and due dates. Dragging a bar in the full app shifts dependent phases too.

Where are my files stored?

Files are stored in the EU with encryption at rest. Figma and Drive files stay in their own tools and are linked, not copied.
