Our story
Built by doctors who wanted more time with patients
Dr. Helen Moore and Dr. Raj Patel opened Medica in 2001 with one simple rule: nobody should leave feeling unheard.
As Bayview grew, so did we. We added dental care in 2008, diagnostics in 2013 and a dedicated heart centre in 2018. Every new department shares one patient record, so your dentist, your GP and your cardiologist are always on the same page.
Today more than 60 doctors, dentists and nurses care for 120,000 patients a year, and our first-appointment slots are still twice the national average length.
