Detail
Technical drawings, joinery, lighting and specification, followed by a competitive tender.
2 – 4 months
Build
Weekly site visits, cost control and a snag-free handover, then twelve months of aftercare.
6 – 12 months
Every stage ends with something you can hold.

Do you work outside Denmark and Portugal?
Yes. We have built in nine countries and work with local executive architects wherever a licence is required.
How is the fee paid?
In instalments at the end of each stage, so you never pay far ahead of the work delivered.
Can we pause between stages?
Of course. Many clients take time after the design stage to arrange finance or planning.
