Working with us
What size of project do you take on?
From single rooms and kitchens to new homes and forty-room hotels. Our interior-only projects start at around 60 m².
Do you work outside Denmark and Portugal?
Yes. We have built in nine countries and partner with local executive architects wherever a licence is required.
Who will lead my project?
Every project is led by a partner, with a dedicated project architect from first meeting to handover.
Fees & budget
How are your fees calculated?
As a percentage of build cost for architecture, or per square metre for interiors. You will receive a fixed fee proposal after our first meeting.
Can you help us stay on budget?
Yes. We cost the design at every stage and run a competitive tender, so there are no surprises on site.
Timeline
How long does a new home take?
Typically 14 to 22 months from first meeting to keys, depending on planning and build complexity.
Can we pause between stages?
Of course. Fees are paid stage by stage, so you can take time for finance or planning decisions.
