How often does the map update?

Vehicle positions refresh every 20 seconds while moving and every 5 minutes when parked.

How are ETAs calculated?

From live traffic, the driver's remaining hours and planned breaks. ETAs update automatically when any of these change.

Can customers track their own shipments?

Yes. Share the tracking link from any shipment page. Customers see position, ETA and proof of delivery, but no driver details.

How do I add a subcontractor?

Invite them as a carrier from Settings → Users. They get the driver app for their own vehicles.
