Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days in Scandinavia and 3 to 6 working days in the rest of the EU. Express delivery arrives the next working day when you order before 2 pm.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over €150 and €9 below that. Express shipping is €18.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within one hour of placing it from your account, or by emailing our care team.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You can return unworn items within 30 days for a full refund. Returns are free within the EU and Scandinavia.
How do I exchange a size?
Start a return from your account and choose exchange. We send the new size as soon as your return is scanned.

How do your sizes fit?
Most of our pieces have a relaxed fit. Each product page has a size guide and a fit rating from customer reviews.
Do you repair Luma pieces?
Yes. Every Luma garment comes with free repairs for life. Bring it to one of our stores or send it in with a prepaid label.
